Cornus florida 'White Cloud'

This florida cultivar eventually turns into a small tree or a large shrub with a round crown. The 'White Cloud' blossoms at young age and has a high blossoming reliability. Its name is derived from the white bracts which arise during flowering. Its leaves are of a lighter shade of green during summertime and young shoots have a waxy layer. In autumn, the 'White Cloud' turns red to orange. Taking care of the 'White Cloud' is the same as for the rest of the species and the plant is completely winterproof.
