Cornus kousa 'Weaver's Weeping' was selected for its weeping growth habit. It is recommended to guide the young plants upward, by binding them to a stick. This will create a beautiful weeping brush. Cornus kousa 'Weavers Weeping' flowers in May and June and has flowers which are initially white and develop some light pink accents. The flowers grow well above the green leaves. The cultivar flowers abundantly and has a high flowering probability. The cultivar is winterproof and is cared for in the same manner as the rest of the species.
