Cornus kousa 'Moonbeam'

Cornus kousa 'Moonbeam' was selected because of its extra large bracts. A flower can reach a diameter of around 15cm. Its leaves are darkgreen, which creates a nice contrast with the cream white flowers. Cornus kousa 'Moonbeam' has a somewhat larger and open growth habit. The cultivar is winterproof and is cared for in the same manner as the rest of the species.
